Working Hours: Monday to Friday, aligned to South African business hours

Job Description:

Our client is looking for a Campaign Administrator to join their dynamic and fast-paced Business Development team on a full-time basis. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on precision, is naturally detail-oriented, and is passionate about driving results through streamlined campaign operations. As the backbone of the campaign execution process, you’ll ensure data accuracy, report integrity, and effective CRM management—ultimately helping the team deliver seamless lead generation campaigns.

You’ll be the go-to problem solver for the telemarketing team, supporting their performance through training coordination and troubleshooting. You'll also play a key role in reviewing and prepping data before it’s passed on to the CRM implementation team, ensuring all inputs are flawless and ready to drive impact.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Compile and deliver accurate daily campaign performance reports.

  • Manage all lead generation submissions to support the success of telemarketing campaigns.

  • Conduct research to enrich client data and improve targeting efforts.

  • Maintain and update CRM records consistently, ensuring data integrity and system accuracy.

  • Manage updates across internal tools and trackers, including Google Workspace, Dripify, and Excel.

  • Assess client data and spreadsheets before transferring to the outsourced CRM team.

  • Act as a super user of the CRM system, proactively identifying issues and solutions.

  • Collaborate with team leads and support staff to troubleshoot problems and support telemarketer performance.

  • Take initiative in identifying training needs and assisting in performance-related support activities.

  • Complete and submit internal timesheets and reporting documentation on time.



Requirements

  • 3 years + of experience in a marketing, admin coordination, or campaign support role.

  • Proven experience with CRM systems (ideally within a SaaS or B2B lead generation environment).

  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, including formulas and data merges.

  • Strong working knowledge of Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive).

  • Exceptionally detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple workflows.

  • Confident in working behind the scenes with no direct client engagement.

  • Self-starter with a proactive mindset and problem-solving attitude.

  • Comfortable working with large sets of data and internal tracking tools.
