We currently have a very exciting opportunity available with our client for a Talent Sourcer . This will be a fully remote role , and will begin as a 3 -month contract with the possibility of extension.

The main function of a Talent Sourcer is to seek out and screen applicants to fill existing and future job openings and promote career opportunities within an organization. A typical sourcer is responsible for finding new talent to bring to an organization.

Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain relationships with hiring managers to stay abreast of current and future hiring and business needs.
  • Perform searches for qualified candidates according to relevant job criteria, using computer database, networking, Internet recruiting resources, cold calls, media and employee referrals.
  • Screen applicants to obtain information on work history, training, education and job skills.
  • Prepare and maintain employment records.
  • Contact applicants to inform them of employment possibilities, consideration, and selection.
  • Inform potential applicants about facilities, operations, benefits, and job or career opportunities in organizations.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources or equivalent training required.
  • 2+ years of talent sourcing experience.
  • 2+ years of experience with Corporate Functions talent sourcing – Finance, Legal, HR, Ops
  • Prefer experience with hiring technical roles – data scientist, software engineer, in addition to Corporate Functions sourcing experience.
  • Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools, inclusive of creating sourcing strategies.
  • Experience with market insights and documenting/presenting insights for Recruiters, hiring managers and business leadership.
  • Must have experience working directly with hiring managers and business leaders
  • Verbal and written communication skills, negotiation skills, customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic ability to work independently and manage one’s time.
  • Basic knowledge of legal policies and procedures related to hiring practices and other work - related activities.
  • Basic knowledge of principles and procedures for personnel recruitment, selection and training.
  • Basic knowledge business and management principles involved in strategic planning.
  • Previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word and Excel.

Pay Range

  • Pay range for this position will be $ 36.00 to $ 43.19 per hour . Compensation will vary depending on location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This rate is subject to change.
