Southeast Texas HR, a leader in recruiting and HR services, is currently seeking a certified LVN for a private practice facility. In this role, you will be responsible for providing patient care and assistance in a fast-paced, dynamic private practice environment. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with some of the best healthcare professionals in the area. This can become temp-to-perm positions for the ideal candidate. Pay will start at $17+ DOE. Hours Mon and Wed 8am-5pm, Tue 7am-5pm. Thur 9am-6pm, off Fri, Sat & Sun.
Responsibilities
Provide high-quality patient care in a private practice setting
Administer medication and treatments as ordered by physicians
Perform duties such as taking vital signs, documenting patient information, and managing patient flow
Assist physicians with procedures
Educate patients and their families on healthcare needs and treatment plans
Ensure medical equipment is properly maintained and kept clean
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure a positive patient experience
Requirements
To be considered for this position you MUST meet the following:
Active LVN Certification.
Minimum of 1 year of experience working in a private practice or clinic setting.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Comfortable working with electronic medical records (EMR) and other healthcare technology.
