As a Value Enablement Manager, you will use a consultative approach to uncover enterprise clients’ pain points and opportunities, translating insights into actionable SEO strategies that drive measurable growth. You will collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to ensure successful execution and ongoing value realization. 

Primarily, you will be responsible for demonstrating ROI for your clients which inspires adoption of seoClarity and ultimately impacting client retention. 

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build trusted client relationships through consultative discovery of challenges and goals. 
  • Conduct discovery sessions to identify client needs, pain points, and growth opportunities. 
  • Solving the pains that clients have with solutions available via technology or people. 
  • Lead discussions on complex SEO challenges, providing clear, actionable insights to stakeholders with varying levels of expertise. 
  • Think critically and provide thoughtful recommendations during live client conversations. 
  • Help clients prioritize SEO initiatives that deliver the greatest business impact and align with strategic goals. 
  • Translate technical SEO concepts into guidance that is easily understood and actionable. 
  • Serve as a liaison with other internal teams (Technical Support, Marketing, Product, Services or others) to be brought in and support their client initiatives. 
  • Serve as a trusted SEO subject matter expert for the client success team, supporting complex issues and strategic initiatives. 
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance client outcomes and drive platform adoption. 





Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related. 
  • 5+ years of agency or consultancy experience working with enterprise clients in SEO marketing. 
  • Strong and broad experience with SEO – content, technical an AI Search. 
  • Experienced in project management and ability to juggle multiple consulting engagements. 
  • Highly skilled communicator, both verbal and written.  
  • Excellent consultative communication and stakeholder management abilities. 
  • Adaptable and eager to learn emerging AI search technologies. 

Must be local to Chicago, as this position is hybrid (3 days in office per week).

Salary: $80,000 - 85,0000
