Now Hiring: Teacher of the Visually Impaired (TVI)

Location: Illinois | Full-Time | 2025–2026 School Year

Setting: School-Based | In-Person

Join a team committed to empowering every student to reach their full potential. Clarifi Staffing Solutions is seeking a compassionate and qualified Teacher of the Visually Impaired (TVI) to serve students across a partnered Illinois school district for the 2025–2026 academic year.

Position Highlights:

Travel between school sites may be required depending on the caseload.
Deliver specialized instruction to students with visual impairments across grade levels.
Provide direct and consultative services to support access to the general education curriculum.
Adapt instructional materials, collaborate on IEP teams, and implement appropriate assistive technology.

Requirements

Strong collaboration, communication, and organizational skills.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education of the Visually Impaired or related field.
Current Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with endorsement in Visual Impairments.
Knowledge of Braille instruction, orientation and mobility principles, and assistive tech tools.
