What Does a Mortgage Loan Officer Do?

As a Mortgage Loan Officer, you play a pivotal role in helping individuals and families achieve the American Dream of homeownership. This is more than just a job — it’s a mission built on service, trust, and financial empowerment. Here’s what success looks like in this role:

🤝 Help your neighbors become homeowners by guiding them through one of life’s most important financial decisions

📚 Become a knowledgeable advisor on our full suite of home loan products, from conventional to VA, FHA, jumbo, and more

🧩 Act as a tactical problem solver, navigating challenges with creativity and persistence to get deals done

🗣️ Communicate clearly and compassionately with borrowers, agents, and partners throughout the loan process

🔍 Analyze income, credit, and assets to find the best loan solutions for each unique borrower

🤔 Stay up-to-date on market trends, lending guidelines, and Supreme’s ever-evolving tools and technology

💼 Build long-term relationships with trusted real estate partners and local communities to grow a sustainable business

Earning Potential:

Paid 12-week training program to become a licensed Mortgage Loan Officer
Then, Guaranteed Salary + Commission
Average Pay after Year 1 is $100,000+

Training Location:

This role begins in a hybrid environment between your home office and our Alpharetta location for training.

Upon graduation, you will be placed in a mutually agreed upon real estate office to build strong referral relationships and grow your business.
