Training Development Manager
If you currently work remotely or work in a center, you may be considered to transition to a remote role with the expectation of regular travel to the corporate office and/or centers; if you are based in Charlotte, you will be required to work onsite at the corporate office.
This Is What You’ll Do:
- Facilitate virtual and/or instructor-led onboarding programs for new CDs, ACDs, and/or DTs.
- Provide individualized support during onboarding phases to reinforce learning and ensure performance readiness.
- Lead the centralized training and certification program for Designated Trainers, if applicable.
- Partner with center leadership to assess trainee readiness and program effectiveness.
- Maintain accurate training records, monitor progress, and manage LMS tracking.
- Act as a liaison between donor centers (if applicable), SMEs, and corporate training teams to ensure alignment and consistency.
- Conduct refresher sessions, office hours, and re-certification processes as needed.
- Identify trends, skill gaps, and improvement opportunities through performance data and feedback.
- Ensure compliance with SOPs and regulatory training standards.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
This Is What It Takes:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Up to 3 years of operations and/or process management/supervisory experience within Plasma Industry, preferred.
- Experience in training delivery, instructional design, or leadership development, preferably in a multi-site or operations-focused environment.
- Experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and virtual learning platforms.
- Display exceptional project management and organizational skills
- Self-starter who can work independently while maintaining alignment with broader training strategies.
- Strong facilitation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a highly regulated industry preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office software.
