Crossroads Continuum is an organization dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for individuals with autism and related disorders from birth through adulthood. The organization was originally established in 2002 as a school providing individualized, comprehensive education and related services to individuals with autism and other related disabilities. In addition to Crossroads Continuum School, we works with individuals and their families in their homes, communities, and other settings. All Crossroads Continuum's programs provide individualized, evidence-based services and supports.
Location: Hybrid (Remote with Local Outreach as Needed)
Hours: Flexible (Approx. 10–12 hours/week)
Term: Internship – Academic credit may be available

Crossroads Continuum is seeking a detail-oriented, curious, and driven Market Analysis Intern to support a feasibility and strategic planning initiative for expanding ABA-based services. This is a great opportunity for students or recent graduates interested in research, nonprofit strategy, or behavioral health services.
Key Responsibilities
Research and document competitors and available services in specified areas
Analyze local workforce trends (e.g., credentialed professionals in the field)
Collect and summarize data on regional needs and populations
Conduct outreach to gather general service access information
Identify marketing opportunities, including social media, community networks, and local events
Contribute to a final report outlining findings and recommendations
Qualifications
Studying Business, Public Health, Psychology, Marketing, Education, or related field
Strong research, communication, and organizational skills
Comfortable with internet-based research and outreach
Familiarity with spreadsheets and digital tools; marketing or data visualization a plus
