Serves as a mentor or advisor on project team as needed; well- rounded with aspects of consulting, industry standards and Company protocols; sets priorities and reconciles directions from competing interests, required to participate in professional societies and industry associations.

Education
Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Sciences or similar field of study
Technical Responsibilities
Should have advanced knowledge of appropriate analyses, regulation, and study protocols to meet client needs.
Project and Task Management
May manage projects, up to $250,000 in yearly value, without GAI President’s approval, but is a small component of overall work.
Management Responsibility
Initiates and manages client relationships; Serves as Client Manager and leads Business Development Initiatives; Serves as an assistant to the Environmental Director; Senior Director or Officer. Assists with the Responsibilities of the Group or Business Sector Assists the group with objectives and requirements; Serves as a leader within a Group or Department; receives administrative support and direction from higher-level officials of the Company.
Continues to manage staff with diverse skills and has a focus on supporting career path and technical growth.
Communication Skills
Routinely interacts with clients, customers, government officials, contractors, and others; leads project and group meetings and presentations; possess marketing and sales skills; represents Company in a positive light; interacts with Project Managers and leaders of the Company on a regular basis; attends meetings with higher-level officials of the company on Group/Department status including financials.
