We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to drive customer acquisition, handle team performance, and ensure smooth cross-department coordination. This role is ideal for candidates from the vending industry with strong people and process management skills.
Generate new customer leads and maintain existing client relationships
Plan field visits, cold calling, proposal submissions
Coordinate with logistics, sampling, and dispatch teams
Provide after-sales support and manage timely payment follow-ups
Lead a team, track performance, and ensure timely reporting (daily/weekly/monthly)
Handle all communication, quotations, and documentation
Graduate (any discipline)
Minimum 5 years of experience in sales
Must be from the vending (tea & coffee) industry
Strong communication and management skills
Team handling experience is essential
