We are currently seeking a Dir - FAST/AVOD Growth Marketing to join our Partner Management Team based in our New York, New York Headquarters.

JOB SUMMARY

A strategic and results-driven marketing leader responsible for overseeing all marketing initiatives aimed at growing viewership of AMC Networks’ free, ad-supported content and expanding the network’s monetizable audience footprint

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES  

  • Manage the FAST/AVOD paid media budget to maximize viewership and revenue growth across platform partners
  • Create compelling B2B marketing materials, including channel-specific one-sheets, presentations, monthly newsletters, and tailored partner communications
  • Direct the creation of FAST and AVOD specific marketing, platform and product assets for use in on and off platform partner promotions and EPG integrations 
  • Support and advise the Partner Management team to ensure alignment on strategic initiatives and marketing execution
  • Lead brand strategy for new FAST channel launches, collaborating with the Brand Creative team to develop all necessary creative assets
  • Coordinate with Partner Management to secure earned media placements and identify unique, partner-specific marketing opportunities
  • Work closely with the Ad Sales Integrated Marketing team to develop and deliver innovative sales opportunities that drive digital revenue
  • Ensure Ad Sales is equipped with FAST/AVOD programming updates
  • Design and execute promos by identifying key programming moments, liaising with the Promo Strategy team, and ensuring optimal utilization of promo inventory across all platforms 
  • Collaborate directly with 3rd party programming partners on programming updates/optimizations and health tracking

QUALIFICATIONS (Required & Preferred)

  • Bachelor’s Degree  
  • 10+ years of relevant work experience in partner management/marketing at a media company and/or partner platform 
  • Exceptional writing, storytelling and communication skills with a keen understanding of how to craft a narrative and incorporate data 
  • Outstanding project management skills including organization, planning, multi-tasking and time management 
  • Strong communicator, comfortable with presenting in front of groups and/or partners 
  • Ability to work independently and with a team in a fast-paced work environment 
  • Entrepreneurial, self-starter with hands-on approach 
  • Upbeat, can-do, proactive attitude, ability to remain calm under pressure 
  • Ability to adapt, be flexible and solution-oriented in an environment of constant change 

The base compensation range for this position is $130,000 to $150,000 commensurate with experience.
