  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely responses to client inquiries.

  • Build and maintain trust with Plan Administrators and Advisors to reduce complaints or cancellations.

  • Manage requests for plan revisions and cancellations in collaboration with Account Executives (AEs) and Client Success Managers (CSMs), ensuring internal and external follow-up.

  • Partner with AEs on finalist presentations for prospective groups, supporting both in-person and virtual delivery.

  • Lead and document the end-to-end enrollment process, acting as the primary liaison between clients, advisors, and internal stakeholders.

  • Coordinate internal documentation and manage non-pricing and related requests.

  • Deliver training sessions for Plan Administrators and Members on best practices and ongoing plan management.

WHAT YOU WILL HAVE:

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks at once.

  • Clear and effective communication, with active listening and flexibility in working with others.

  • Ability to present information confidently in both one-on-one and group settings.

  • Focus on understanding and meeting both internal and external customer needs.

  • Strong problem-solving skills, using facts and resources to find practical solutions.

  • Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients, advisors, and team members.

  • Flexibility to adapt to change and handle shifting priorities with ease.

  • Motivation to achieve goals, meet deadlines, and deliver high-quality work.

  • Openness to feedback and a desire to learn and grow within a team environment.

  • Professional and respectful when responding to peers, leaders, and clients.

  • Strong interpersonal skills, with a focus on trust, collaboration, and service.
