What You’ll Do 

As a Technical Marketing Specialist, you will lead the build-out and maintenance of digital assets across Salesforce, email, and web platforms to support marketing initiatives and business growth. You’ll ensure campaigns are not only visually appealing but also technically sound, driving high engagement and performance. 

Lead Technical Execution 

  • Build, test, and deploy responsive email campaigns using HTML/CSS and Salesforce tools.
  • Develop and maintain landing pages, microsites, and other web assets.
  • Troubleshoot issues related to email deliverability, web functionality, and CRM integration.

Support Campaign Strategy 

  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to optimize lead-nurturing workflows and engagement tactics.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using analytics tools.
  • Maintain documentation and ensure platform best practices are followed.

Optimize Marketing Infrastructure 

  • Support marketing automation processes using Salesforce Account Engagement (formerly Pardot).
  • Assist in the integration and alignment of marketing tools with Salesforce CRM and Sales Engagement platforms.

What You’ll Bring 

Education & Experience 

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a technical marketing or related role.
  • Proficiency in HTML/CSS and web/email development.
  • Deep understanding of Salesforce CRM, Sales Engagement (e.g., Sales Cloud or High Velocity Sales), and Account Engagement (Pardot).
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Skills 

  • Technically Fluent: Adept at managing CRM, automation, and digital platforms.
  • Detail-Oriented: Executes projects with precision and consistency.
  • Problem Solver: Troubleshoots issues effectively and independently.
  • Analytical Thinker: Uses data to inform decisions and improve outcomes.
  • Strong Communicator: Collaborates well with cross-functional teams.

Bonus Points For 

  • Experience with CMS platforms like WordPress and page builders such as Elementor.
  • Familiarity with APIs and CRM integrations.
  • Knowledge of email deliverability best practices.
  • Salesforce certifications.

Salary:  $65,000-$85,000 (Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, and location)
