Marketing Operations Specialist at BetterMe

Your Responsibilities:

• Create and update performance reports and dashboards (e.g., ad performance, campaign efficiency, testing outcomes);
• Make sure reports are on time, correct, and useful for the marketing team and leadership;
• Review marketing processes and identify opportunities for improvement or automation;
• Set up and improve operational processes to improve team alignment and efficiency;
• Support cross-functional coordination between marketing, design, analytics, and product teams;
• Create and maintain clear documentation for team rituals, tests, and best practices;
• Assist in the execution and tracking of strategic marketing initiatives;
• Support in surfacing blockers and helping resolve operational bottlenecks;
• Collaborate with and assist the CMO and Ops Manager in strategic planning and project support.

About You:

• 1+ years of experience in Big 4, FMCG, investment banking, agencies, or private equity;
• Upper-Intermediate or higher level of English;
• Analytical and systems-driven mindset, with high attention to detail;
• Confident working in Excel/Google Sheets, with the ability to structure and automate reporting;
  
• Self-starter who enjoys turning ambiguity into structure and driving execution;
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work across teams.

Will be a plus:

• Understanding of P&L, unit economics, and business strategy;
• Experience with AI tools and marketing automation systems;
• Basic knowledge of SQL or Python;
• Previous experience in product companies or fast-paced marketing environments.
