Bradford Evolve Health Services is dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based addiction treatment. We are seeking a Therapist to join our team in Lebanon, TN, where you will play a key role in helping individuals achieve and maintain recovery.

Position Summary:

As a Therapist, you will provide individual and group therapy, conduct psychosocial assessments, and develop comprehensive treatment plans tailored to patient needs. You will work closely with an interdisciplinary team to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive psychosocial evaluations and assess treatment needs.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical best practices.
  • Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions focused on recovery.
  • Lead specialized therapy groups and educational sessions.
  • Integrate 12-Step principles and evidence-based treatment approaches.
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with state and organizational standards.
  • Collaborate with medical and clinical teams to ensure holistic patient care.
  • Provide crisis intervention and support as needed.
  • Participate in case conferences, treatment team meetings, and discharge planning.
  • Offer clinical supervision to counselors, if eligible.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Social or Behavioral Science (e.g., Counseling, Social Work, Psychology).
  • Eligible for licensure (LPC, LMSW, LMFT, LICSW) within 90 days of hire (required).
  • CPR certification within 30 days of hire (required).
  • 3+ years of experience in addiction treatment preferred.
  • Experience with individual, group, and family counseling.
  • Strong understanding of substance use disorders, relapse prevention, and recovery models.
  • Familiarity with state and federal regulations for behavioral healthcare.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Temporary or full licensure (LPC, LMSW, LMFT, LICSW).
  • Experience supervising counselors or other clinical staff.
  • Knowledge of trauma-informed care and co-occurring mental health disorders.
