Bradford Evolve Health Services is dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based addiction treatment. We are seeking a Therapist to join our team in Lebanon, TN, where you will play a key role in helping individuals achieve and maintain recovery.

Position Summary:

As a Therapist, you will provide individual and group therapy, conduct psychosocial assessments, and develop comprehensive treatment plans tailored to patient needs. You will work closely with an interdisciplinary team to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive psychosocial evaluations and assess treatment needs.
Develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical best practices.
Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions focused on recovery.
Lead specialized therapy groups and educational sessions.
Integrate 12-Step principles and evidence-based treatment approaches.
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with state and organizational standards.
Collaborate with medical and clinical teams to ensure holistic patient care.
Provide crisis intervention and support as needed.
Participate in case conferences, treatment team meetings, and discharge planning.
Offer clinical supervision to counselors, if eligible.

Qualifications:

Master’s degree in Social or Behavioral Science (e.g., Counseling, Social Work, Psychology).
Eligible for licensure (LPC, LMSW, LMFT, LICSW) within 90 days of hire (required).
CPR certification within 30 days of hire (required).
3+ years of experience in addiction treatment preferred.
Experience with individual, group, and family counseling.
Strong understanding of substance use disorders, relapse prevention, and recovery models.
Familiarity with state and federal regulations for behavioral healthcare.
