Job Description

The Role:

The Field Marketing Specialist will support the Sales cycle by developing and executing a variety of marketing programs, including online and in-person events, and report on the performance of each campaign element.

This role will also assist with the creation of the marketing plan to drive attendance to these programs, including the development of web landing pages, email campaigns, and digital marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate is able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, demonstrates strong attention to detail, and collaborates effectively with cross-functional teams to meet deadlines and lead generation targets.

A key strength of this role lies in combining innovation, technology, and creativity to design marketing experiences that are both memorable and effective. The Field Marketing Specialist will work closely with Sales, Product, and Partner teams to co-create customer-centric strategies focused on conversion, brand positioning, and sustainable growth.

Your Focus:

  • Align with regional sales teams to plan and execute a calendar of in-person events in support of regional and worldwide sales and marketing goals
  • Assist in the creation and execution of marketing plans that support the program, including email, online advertising, social media, field enablement and partner sponsorships
  • Report on program performance on a regular basis using Salesforce.com
  • Deliver regular communication to the field regarding program information, updates, expected involvement and access to promotional materials
  • Manage vendor coordination, obtain quotes, submit purchase orders and track invoices 
  • Respond to ad hoc field and customer inquiries, and respond in a timely manner 
  • Assist with various projects as needed

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing
  • 3-5 years in similar positions
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with Salesforce: uploading campaign information, measuring return on investment (ROI), and pipeline generation.
  • Demonstrated experience using mailing tools such as Marketo.
  • Advanced oral and written English skills. Portuguese is a plus.
  • Experience working closely with the Sales Team; in a fast-paced environment.
  • Organizational skills are essential; must be able to handle multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail 
  • Extremely effective and proactive communicator capable of prioritizing and managing multiple tasks efficiently
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, analytical insight, and outstanding problem-solving skills
