7. Closely collaborate with the headquarters and cross-departmental teams to promote the implementation of the group's strategy in the factory

1. A bachelor's degree or above, with priority given to related majors such as engineering, manufacturing management, and business administration.
2. At least 5 years of comprehensive management experience in manufacturing factories, familiar with the entire process of production, technology, and quality management.
3. Possess experience in production planning, logistics management, and export trade, and be able to coordinate the supply chain and customer delivery.
4. Proficient in the ISO 9001 quality management system, with practical experience in its implementation or maintenance.
5. Preference will be given to those with work experience in Fortune 500 companies or Japanese enterprises.
6. Fluent in Chinese (for efficient communication with the headquarters and Chinese teams), proficient in English or Malay, able to communicate 无 障 碍 (without barriers) with local teams and customers. Speaking Cantonese is an additional advantage.
7. Outstanding leadership, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities, with cross-cultural communication skills and the ability to adapt to an international working environment.
