About the Job: 

Infillion is seeking a Client Success Manager to join our team. Our Client Success group is responsible for being experts in our advertising clients’ businesses and the agencies that support those clients in both creative and campaign development. This team also manages the execution and optimization of campaigns that have been sold by direct sales teams.

 

What you’ll do:

  • Deliver campaigns from the post-sale phase, to development, through to completion, managing the client relationship and conducting campaign analysis 
  • Day-to-day management of key accounts 
  • Handle multiple projects efficiently, effectively and productively 
  • Acquire knowledge and be conversant in client business goals and processes 
  • Demonstrate confidence and authority as representative of key accounts
  • Effectively balance the goals of the client and the agency 
  • Partner with Creative Strategy team to align client objectives with our capabilities 
  • Facilitate collaboration with internal teams to plan, build and launch campaigns 
  • Incorporate senior management and other departments as project objectives and issues warrant 
  • Work closely with the Sales team to acquire new clients and maintain existing client relationships
  • Attend client meetings as needed

What you have:

  • 2 - 4 years experience at an advertising agency or digital publisher 
  • Strong understanding of interactive advertising technologies and trends 
  • Strategic and creative thinking skills, proactive, thorough and accurate 
  • Able to prioritize, organize and manage multiple concurrent projects 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills 
  • Professional approach in client management/services 
  • The drive to go above and beyond to deliver for our clients 
  • Experience in digital marketing and/or advertising

  • Base salary of $70,000 - $85,000 plus commission with expected annual earnings of $100,000 - $120,000
