Club Prophet, a Fullsteam organization, is looking for a Product Manager – API to lead the management and evolution of our third-party API and integration partnerships. This role is responsible for maintaining the API roadmap, facilitating communication between external partners and internal development teams, onboarding new integrations, and supporting existing ones.
Primary Responsibilities:
Onboarding New Integrations
Support new partners in their efforts to integrate with the Club Prophet API.
Act as “project manager” with new partners to guide their integration project to completion.
Manage the API roadmap
Gather feedback from new, existing, and potential API partners.
Prioritize API enhancements.
Write user stories / dev tickets to hand off to development team.
Expanding and Supporting Existing Integrations
Find ways to streamline the existing integration when needed.
Troubleshoot downed integration connections in a timely manner.
Answer any questions regarding our integrations and API.
Assisting Team Members
Assist the Club Prophet Sales team and the Club Prophet Customer Experience team with any questions regarding integrations.
When applicable, work with our customers on issues related to our integrations.
Assist the Club Prophet sales team with direct conversation with prospective customers regarding both new and existing integrations.
Answer questions regarding our integrations in Request For Proposals for existing and new customers.
Assist the Quality Assurance team with testing API related tickets.
Documentation
Maintain accurate and clear documents for each integration to be used by our Customer Experience team.
Maintain an updated list of all active integrations, contact information, and any other relevant information.
Design and maintain the documentation that our third parties use to integrate with our API.
Skills & Competencies:
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills .
Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
Minimum Qualifications:
Understanding of common API terminology and data structures.
Familiarity with utilizing APIs and API related software such as Postman.
