JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

We’re currently seeking a Security Cleared Business Analyst to join one of our high-impact delivery teams. This is an opportunity to work on mission-critical programmes within the public sector and defence domains, where your work will directly influence national capability.

As a Business Analyst at Amdaris, you’ll play a key role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical delivery. You’ll lead on requirements gathering, stakeholder engagement, and process modelling – ensuring our clients receive innovative, scalable, and impactful solutions.

You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams including architects, delivery leads, and client stakeholders. The ability to build trust, challenge assumptions, and communicate effectively at all levels will be critical.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead requirements elicitation through workshops, interviews, and documentation reviews
• Produce high-quality artefacts including user stories, process flows, and functional specifications
• Map current (as-is) and future (to-be) business processes
• Act as the interface between the business and technical teams
• Contribute to planning, testing, and acceptance activities
• Maintain traceability of requirements throughout the delivery lifecycle
• Support change and transformation efforts, working closely with client-side teams
• Operate within agile, hybrid, or waterfall environments as required

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Active Security Clearance (SC) required
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst within secure or public sector environments
• Strong documentation and communication skills
• Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Visio, or similar
• Familiar with Agile, Scrum, or SAFe methodologies
• Able to manage conflicting priorities and work across multiple stakeholders
• Comfortable working on client-site when required
