We’re currently looking for a Change Manager on a full time, 6-month fixed term contract basis. This position sits within the Change team. We are flexible on the location of this role.

ACCA is delivering an ambitious transformation of its activities to support the execution of the strategy and become increasingly market led. 

This role will work with senior leaders across ACCA focussing on delivering customer and business outcomes using a fully integrated approach incorporating business processes, people capabilities, culture change, ways of working and organisational design. The role holder will be required to ensure that initiatives have measurable and quantifiable benefits.

The job

Reporting to the Head of Change, on a day-to-day basis, you’ll be involved in the following:

  • Ensure that the digital transformation change plan is fully aligned to our strategy and that the programme is focused on delivering and embedding the required customer and business outcomes. Ensuring that there is one view of change instead of siloed projects.
  • Work with senior stakeholders across ACCA to understand, diagnose and articulate customer and business requirements for digital transformation change and readiness to achieve strategic outcomes including efficiencies, cost reductions and improved customer experience.
  • Build strong senior-level relationships across ACCA to ensure continual visibility of strategic demand and to ensure ongoing advocacy for the digital transformation programme.
  • Provide change leadership and expertise to enable the successful delivery and embedding of the full range of Digital Transformation programme in order to secure business outcomes and realise benefits. 

The Person

We are looking for someone with:

  • In-depth expertise and experience in the application of change management principles, methodologies and tools to embed change and realise benefits
  • Experience and a strong track record of successfully diagnosing and delivering strategic, transformative change in a large, complex and global organisation
  • Experience of customer transformation programme
  • In-depth understanding of the factors which shape organisational culture and experience in leading initiatives which deliver demonstrable cultural change
  • Advanced stakeholder management, relationship building and influencing skills at senior levels 
  • Strategic awareness and business acumen. Ability to translate strategy into practical proposals and plans for delivering integrated change. Deep understanding of organisational issues and challenges and how to overcome these
  • Demonstrated ability to lead a team of highly skilled specialists
  • Exceptional communication and listening skills
  • Flexibility and adaptability; able to work in ambiguous situations in a complex environment
