Boutique US-based IT and Finance Operations services firm specializing in mid-market solutions ($150M$2B annual revenue clients). We deliver bespoke managed IT, finance operations staffing, and advisory solutions with a pragmatic, client-first approach.

Position Overview:
We seek an experienced, driven B2B Sales Representative based in Chile, with a track record of selling IT services and finance operations resources to US clients. This role is contractor-based, fully remote, and requires excellent English communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, prospect, and close new business opportunities within targeted mid-market US companies.

  • Clearly articulate our value proposition for IT and finance operations solutions, tailored to executive stakeholders (primarily CFOs and CIOs).

  • Achieve annual revenue targets (quota) of approximately USD $500,000+.

  • Develop and manage a consistent pipeline through proactive outreach, follow-up, and CRM management.

  • Collaborate directly with leadership to refine sales messaging and positioning.

High-Level Quotas:

  • Annual revenue target: USD $500,000+ in new business.

  • Monthly qualified pipeline growth target.

  • Quarterly revenue benchmarks tied to commission structure.

Compensation:

  • Monthly retainer and commission
