Data Streaming Architect (Kafka)

About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Kafka Streaming Architect with strong consulting skills and a deep understanding of real-time data streaming architectures. 

This role requires a hands-on strategist who can guide implementation efforts, troubleshoot complex issues, and communicate effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide architectural leadership and strategic direction for Kafka implementations.
• Guide clients on best practices for designing and deploying Kafka-based data streaming solutions.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on Kafka components including brokers, producers, consumers, and topic management.
• Lead or support end-to-end Kafka rollouts within enterprise environments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure Kafka architecture aligns with broader data platform objectives.
• Solve complex system integration and performance issues.
• Communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 7+ years in data platform engineering roles.
• Proven experience implementing Apache Kafka at scale in enterprise settings.
• In-depth knowledge of Kafka architecture, configuration, and ecosystem (including brokers, producers, consumers, and topic management).
• Strong grasp of modern data streaming paradigms and integration approaches.
• Advanced English skills.
• Previous roles as a Senior Manager, Architect, or Team Lead preferred.
