Job Type: Full-Time or Part-Time (Shifts and 1 weekend a month)

Salary: £30,000 (Full time, Pro Rata'd for Part Time) Competitive + Benefits

What You’ll Be Doing:

Carrying out a variety of maintenance tasks – from minor plumbing and electrical fixes to painting and general repairs
Responding swiftly to maintenance requests and ensuring issues are resolved efficiently
Helping to keep our buildings and grounds in top condition
Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and meets health & safety requirements
Working closely with a supportive team who appreciate your skills and effort

What We’re Looking For:

A basic knowledge of general repairs – plumbing, electrics, DIY, or general handiwork
Someone with a positive attitude who takes pride in their work
Ability to work independently but also happy collaborating with others
Great attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Previous maintenance or facilities experience is a bonus – but not essential
