Job description

Your role
We are looking for a hands-on B2B Marketing Manager to lead and scale our marketing efforts for our growing Therapists Network. You’ll own all B2B marketing channels and work closely with Sales, CRM, and external partners to build a structured, impactful, and scalable marketing engine.

Strategy & Campaigns
  • Co-develop and execute a holistic B2B marketing strategy aligned with business goals and plan and run integrated campaigns across different channels
  • Maintain and evolve our marketing tech stack, such as Braze, Salesforce
Content & Events
  • Create and optimize sales materials and support the production of sales relevant content
  • Ensure consistent and compelling messaging across all channels
  • Plan and manage participation in trade shows, webinars, and conferences
  • Oversee logistics, lead gen, branding, and speaker slots in collaboration with Sales
CRM & Lifecycle Marketing
  • Own the B2B lifecycle in close partnership with our CRM team
  • Execute email and automation workflows and explore additional channels, such as SMS or WhatsApp
  • Track trends, tools, and regulations to fuel innovation and growth
  • Launch and scale test initiatives to drive therapist engagement
Partnership Marketing
  • Identify and manage medical and scientific influencers and expert testimonials
  • Run co-marketing with clinics, training providers, or B2B platforms
Your profile
  • 2+ years of hands-on B2B marketing experience
  • Experience in health, medical, or nutrition industries preferred
  • Proficiency in CRM and automation tools, such as Braze, Salesforce
  • Strong cross-functional and stakeholder communication skills
  • German skills on C2 level and fluent communication skills in English
  • Based in Berlin
