Job description

Title: Project Manager/ Deploy Services Build Manager
Work Location: Remote within USA
Duration: 12 Months (Possibility of extension)
Pay Range: $45 to 50/hr on W2 (Depending upon experience)

There will be some periodic travel to the market area (Will be reimbursed as per Client Standard travel policy)

Job Description:
Candidates MUST have:
1. knowledge of Outside Plant Engineering/ Fiber to the Home terminology and process
2. ability to provide quality control review of OSP construction drawings
3. project management experience with focus on schedule delivery and risk management

Job Duties:

Design Build Manager will act as a customer representative to document, report, escalate, and drive performance of a third party engineering and construction firm in the delivery of a fiber to the home network. Responsible for risk identification, documentation, and presentation of mitigation.
The Design Build Manager will report to a Deploy Services Director who will provide guidance and strategy for the overall project.
Will be responsible for outside plant fiber deployment process documentation, improvement and implementation.
Must be able to provide quality control of Construction Drawings for Fiber to the Home design, including permit and pole application progress tracking and review.
Familiar with permitting entity requirements and FCC regulation.
