ServiceNow Architect / Developer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced ServiceNow Architect/Developer to lead and contribute to the design, development, and deployment of scalable ServiceNow solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience across ITSM, ITOM, and HRSD modules, and be proficient in developing custom applications, service portals, and integrations.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead architecture and design sessions for new ServiceNow implementations and enhancements.
Develop and configure applications, workflows, business rules, and UI policies.
Build and support integrations with third-party tools, especially defect management tools such as ALM.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather technical and business requirements.
Ensure platform best practices and compliance with governance standards.

Required Skills:

8+ years of experience with ServiceNow Development and Architecture.
Strong expertise in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide APIs).
Hands-on experience with IntegrationHub, MID Servers, REST/SOAP APIs.
Prior experience integrating ALM or similar tools with ServiceNow.
ServiceNow CSA and CAD certifications preferred.
