Job description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Full-Time Paralegal to join a well-established Plaintiffs' Personal Injury Law Firm based in Clifton, New Jersey. This in-house role is ideal for a litigation-savvy professional with a strong understanding of legal procedures and the ability to manage complex tasks in a fast-paced environment. Candidates with Polish or Spanish language skills and experience with PC Law and Needles software will be especially valued.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct legal research to support attorneys in active cases

  • Draft and review pleadings, motions, and other legal documents

  • Investigate facts and assist in negotiation and resolution of legal disputes

  • Track case progress and ensure compliance with federal and state regulations

  • Maintain accurate records and manage confidential client data

  • Coordinate with attorneys to prepare for trials, hearings, and depositions


Ideal Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience as a paralegal, preferably in personal injury litigation

  • Deep knowledge of litigation procedures and legal terminology

  • Familiarity with PC Law and Needles case management software is a strong plus

  • Bilingual in Polish is highly desirable

  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Proven ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a team environment

  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and organizational skill


Additional Details:

  • Schedule: Full-Time, Monday through Friday (in-house position)
