We are seeking a Systems Administrator who gains satisfaction from contributing their technical expertise and experience through a wide variety of interactions. Our successful Systems Administrator will: 

• Perform administration tasks including user/group administration, security permissions, group policies, print services, research event log warnings and errors, resource monitoring, and ensuring system architecture components work together seamlessly.
• Manage inventory processes and ensures all applicable hardware/software is accurately documented and maintained. 
• Interact with the help desk and other teams to assist in troubleshooting, identifying root cause, and providing technical support when needed.
• Train end-user clients as necessary on IT systems, processes, and policies.
• Be available for after hours and weekend on-call rotation as scheduled.
• Assist with other duties as assigned by management.

Our Systems Administrator will have: 

• Associate’s degree or an equivalent from a two-year college/technical school and/or two years of related experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Understand Microsoft application management and applications.
• Enjoy tasks with continual problem/solution identification in a fast-paced environment.
• Be relied upon by others as a subject matter expert in your field. 
• Communicate in writing and verbally in a factual, formal and sincere manner.
• Maintain high standards with excellent organization and time management skills.
