Responsibilities

Tìm kiếm, đề xuất các kênh tuyển dụng hiệu quả
Tham gia thiết lập bảng mô tả công việc cho các vị trí tuyển dụng
Sàng lọc hồ sơ, liên hệ với các ứng viên, sắp xếp lịch phỏng vấn và trực tiếp tham gia phỏng vấn
Quản lý quy trình tuyển dụng nội bộ, tối ưu hóa quy trình tuyển dụng đảm bảo tuyển dụng nhanh chóng
Quản lý, theo dõi hồ sơ nhận việc, lưu trữ thông tin hồ sơ nhân viên
Hỗ trợ các công việc Admin văn phòng, trang vật tư thiết bị khi có yêu cầu từ trưởng bộ phận
Requirements
Nam, Nữ tốt nghiệp Cao đẳng trở lên, có kinh nghiệm ít nhất 1 năm ở vị trí tương đương
Chín chắn, trung thực và trách nhiệm trong công việc. Có kỹ năng thuyết phục và giải quyết vấn đề
Thành thạo tin học văn phòng
Ưu tiên ứng viên đã có kinh nghiệm tuyển dụng các vị trí lao động phổ thông
