Role: Solution Architect

Location: Remote (Must be in EST/CST Time Zones)

Solution Architect with deep expertise in UKG Pro WFM.
Strong UKG PRO WFM implementation experience. Expert in DELL BOOMI.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead UKG Pro WFM/Dimensions implementations from end to end
Architect and optimize Timekeeping, Accruals, Scheduling, Forecasting, Device Management, and Integrations
Deep involvement with Dell Boomi, API-based integrations, and mobile/device configuration
Partner across business and technical teams to align architecture with strategic goals.

Must-Haves:
5+ years in UKG Pro WFM architecture & implementation
Proven experience with Dell Boomi, Workday Studio, EIB, and Core Connectors
Strong knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs, SQL, XML/JSON
Hands-on integration with HRIS platforms like Workday, SAP, Aveva, and Data Lakes

Nice to Have:
UKG Pro WFM certifications
Background in Kronos WFC architecture
Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills
