\r\nYour Specific Duties Will Include:\r\n\r\n
\r\n\t
Providing administrative support to the property management and operations teams.
\r\n\t
Managing incoming calls, emails, and mail, and directing inquiries appropriately.
\r\n\t
Maintaining organized filing systems (both digital and physical).
\r\n\t
Assisting in the preparation of reports, presentations, spreadsheets, and correspondence.
\r\n\t
Scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
\r\n\t
Supporting the onboarding process for new employees, including documentation and supplies.
\r\n\t
Ordering office supplies and maintaining inventory.
\r\n\t
Assisting with invoice processing and expense tracking.
\r\n
\r\nSpecific qualifications for the position include: \r\n\r\n
\r\n\t
2+ years of administrative or office support experience (experience in real estate or property management is a plus)
\r\n\t
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
\r\n\t
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
\r\n\t
Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
\r\n\t
Experience with property management software (e.g., Yardi, AppFolio, or similar) - Preferred

\r\nPay Rate Range: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour \r\n \r\nCompensation may vary outside of this range depending on factors such as qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, and location.
