Collaborate with other surveyors, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure the smooth running of survey projects.
Utilize CAD and SSC controllers to process survey data (preferred but not essential).
Support the training and development of junior surveyors, sharing knowledge and providing guidance.
Work across various environments and on complex surveys to deliver accurate results within set timelines.
Ensure all work is conducted in line with safety regulations and company standards.
Occasional travel and the ability to work away from home when necessary.

Skills & Attributes
Experience: A minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Topographical Surveyor, with supervisory experience preferred.
Technical Proficiency:
Advanced skills in the use of GPS and Total Station (TPS) equipment.
Experience with CAD and SSC controllers is advantageous but not essential.
Knowledge of underground utility mapping and Ground Penetrating Radar (GPR) is beneficial.
Versatility: Able to work across various environments, including complex survey sites.
Communication Skills: Strong collaboration and communication abilities to work effectively with teams and stakeholders.
Training Skills: Experience in mentoring and training junior staff members is highly desirable.
Independence: Self-motivated with the ability to manage projects independently and ensure quality standards are met.
