Euronext Securities - Sales & Marketing support Intern

Join Euronext Securities' dynamic Sales & Marketing team in Milan and contribute to the global expansion of our solutions. As an intern, you will support both marketing and sales efforts, assisting in the execution of a global marketing plan while providing valuable sales team support.

From day one, you will be an integral part of our team. Your contributions will make a real impact, and we will rely on your support for key tasks. You will gain hands-on experience with our systems through various administrative and ad hoc assignments. If you are proactive, creative, and eager to learn, there will be opportunities to take on additional responsibilities and make a difference.

Our sales team operates across Europe, collaborating daily with colleagues in Copenhagen, Oslo, and Porto. You will play a key role in optimising and supporting a range of exciting marketing and communication initiatives. We engage with both new and existing clients, including major European financial institutions and local banks.

Job description

Marketing & Communication

• Assist with content creation for various marketing materials.
• Maintain and update customer information on the website.
• Support the planning and execution of LinkedIn campaigns.
• Assist in the development and execution of marketing and communication campaigns.
• Conduct data analysis and support marketing performance tracking.
• Assist in budget follow-up and reporting.

Event Support

• Manage CRM systems for event invitation workflows and follow-ups.
• Provide support for both online and in-person internal and external events.

Sales Support

• Assist colleagues with the layout and setup of PowerPoint presentations.
• Help design, manage, and improve sales reporting for management via Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Provide general administrative support to the sales team.

Your Profile

Professional Skills

• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
• VBA coding to create macro and automatize some tasks 
• Strong analytical skills and ability to leverage market data.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or CRM systems is a plus.
