The Senior Manager of Power Platform team leads the strategic planning, execution, and governance of enterprise-wide initiatives that drive digital transformation through Microsoft 365 and the Power Platform. This role is responsible for enabling a modern, collaborative, and productive workplace by aligning technology capabilities with business needs, ensuring adoption, and delivering measurable outcomes.

As a Senior Manager, Power Platform you will be responsible for:

  • Leading the Modern Work Program Management Office (PMO), overseeing a portfolio of initiatives across Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Outlook, Viva, etc.) and Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Virtual Agents).

  • Defining and executing the modern workplace strategy, in partnership with IT, HR, Communications, and business stakeholders.

  • Driving program governance, ensuring compliance, security, and scalability of solutions built on M365 and Power Platform.

  • Championing user adoption and change management, leveraging data-driven insights to improve engagement and productivity.

  • Managing a team of program managers, analysts, and platform specialists; providing coaching, performance management, and career development.

  • Establishing and tracking KPIs and success metrics for modern work initiatives, reporting progress to executive leadership.

  • Staying current with Microsoft roadmap updates and industry trends to inform strategic planning and innovation.

  • Demonstrating and leading employees to exhibit Baker Hughes core values of Grow, Collaborate, Care, and Lead.

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Management, Engineering, Finance, Business or High School Diploma\GED with 10-years of equivalent job experience.

  • Minimum 5-years’ overall experience in Information Technology or business developing and deploying digital solutions, with at least 3 years in a people leadership role.

  • Deep knowledge of Microsoft 365 ecosystem and Power Platform capabilities.

  • Proven experience leading enterprise-scale digital workplace programs.

  • Strong understanding of change managementgovernance, and user experience design.

  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.

  • Certifications such as PMP or Microsoft certifications (e.g., MS-900, PL-900) are a plus.

  • Legal authorization to work in designated countries is required.  We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas (or equivalent), now or in the future, for this job.
