Raytheon Supply Chain has an excellent opportunity to join our energetic, and collaborative procurement team.  The selected individual will be responsible for leading procurement efforts in support of multiple programs across the Raytheon portfolio. In this role, you will foster relationship with suppliers, administer subcontracts in a fashion consistent with integrated supply chain models, recognizing the role and value of each participant through the acquisition life cycle from requirements generation through product delivery, product support, and payment for products and services.  You will engage in supplier performance, relationship management, strategic sourcing as well as facilitate complex business agreements in support of the various contracts. 

What You Will Do:

Preparation and issuance of Request for Quotations/Proposals

Perform price and cost analysis and lead formal negotiations, Price, delivery, scope, Terms & Conditions.

Place subcontracts/purchase orders.

Issue and conflict resolution of medium/high complexity in accordance with all regulatory (FAR/DFAR) and corporate compliance requirements for various subcontract types (Cost Types, Firm Fixed price, Time & Materials

Place OTA, WFPP, CRADA, and bailment agreements.

Nurture professional business relationships with first tier subcontractors

Provide comprehensive Supply Chain support for gate reviews.

Qualifications You Must Have:

Typically requires a Bachelor’s and a minimum of 8 years prior relevant experience, or an Advance Degree in a related field and a minimum of 5 years’ experience.

Relevant experience in procurement, supply chain management, management, finance, or similar leadership role.

U.S. Person (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, refugee or asylee) or eligible to obtain necessary export authorizations required. https://www.ecfr.gov/current/title-22/chapter-I/subchapter-M/part-120/subpart-C/section-120.62"

Qualifications We Prefer:

Bachelor’s or Masters’ degree in supply chain, business, engineering, or related field 

Project planning and management skills (ex: MS Project, EVMS) Experience in working with development type of procurement and major subcontracts 

Experience in a SAP based environment

Experience with technical requirements of procured hardware and services – including Statement of Work (SOW) review 

Familiarity with the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) 

Demonstrated knowledge / compliance with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR/DFARS)

Experience in written contractual authorization/vehicles (Cost Plus, Firm Fixed Price etc.) and experience assessing proposal compliance (FAR 15.4) 

SAP/PRISM based environment experience

Experience with technical requirements of procured hardware and service – including Statement of Work (SOW) review

Experience in written contractual authorization/vehicles

Experience in leading formal negotiations (price, schedule, and supplier exceptions to contractual flow-down requirements, as well as standard Terms and Conditions)

Experience with supplier management

Price Cost Analysis experience

Experience with proposals from prospective suppliers and analyze cost/price, technical capability, and financial viability, conduct investigations to ensure ability to perform within cost and schedule

Experience with automation tools

Previous experience with integrated supply chain, including strategic procurement

The salary range for this role is 101,000 USD - 203,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
