Facilities Assistant Join a fast-paced environment where your technical skills and problem-solving abilities make a real impact!

We’re looking for a motivated and hands-on Facilities Assistant to join our team and play a key role in maintaining the efficiency and safety of our state-of-the-art facility. If you enjoy a variety of tasks, thrive in a dynamic environment, and take pride in your work, we’d love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

Supervising service providers and ensuring smooth facility operations.
Performing maintenance tasks, equipment tests, and troubleshooting issues.
Supporting temperature mapping activities and ensuring equipment calibration.
Coordinating minor repairs, building improvements, and warehouse maintenance.
Maintaining logs, spare parts inventory, and tools.
Documenting processes and results for Quality review.
Being part of a 24/7 on-call roster to assist with emergencies.
Working across temperature-controlled environments (+15 to +25°C, +2 to +8°C, -20 to -30°C).
Participating in occasional weekend tasks.

Experience:

Ability to lift up to 20kg safely.
Strong English reading and comprehension skills to follow detailed instructions.
Ability to work independently, multitask, and use sound judgment.
Experience with electrical installations.
A collaborative attitude and ability to build strong working relationships.

Desirable Skills:

Previous experience in facility or warehouse maintenance.
HVAC operation and maintenance experience.
High Reach Forklift license (preferred).

Other Key Information:

This role requires availability for extended hours when needed, participation in a 24/7 emergency roster, and occasional weekend work.
You’ll be expected to comply with all relevant safety, quality, and operational procedures, as well as international standards (Good Practice, International Air Transport Association, International Organization for Standardization, etc.).
