Job Description:

Enterprise Computing Solutions (ECS) is a global scale IT distributor guiding innovation across the channel. We help vendors and IT providers grow by providing deep technical expertise, innovative, real-world solutions and digital platforms.

What will you do?

Developing and implementing the sales strategy for training programs (online and/or in-person)
Planning and coordinating the training schedule
Collaborating with trainers, marketing, and sales teams
Monitoring sales performance and analyzing training effectiveness
Expanding the training offer based on market and customer needs
Managing the budget for training projects

What are we looking for?

Experience in product or project management (especially in the field of education or training)
Knowledge of sales and marketing techniques
Ability to analyze sales data and generate reports
Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) would be appreciated

Soft Skills

Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong teamwork and communication abilities with various stakeholders
Proactive and self-driven approach
Customer- and results-oriented mindset

Languages

Very good knowledge of Polish and English (spoken and written)
