Marketing Specialist, McKnight’s
Haymarket Media, Inc. is seeking an organized, creative, and goal-oriented individual to join our growing team as a Marketing Specialist in its Marketing Department for the McKnight’s brands. This position is located in our New York, NY office, with three days on-site (Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and a team flex day) and two days remote.
Job Overview:
Reporting to the Marketing Manager within Haymarket Media's Campaign Performance Marketing team, this position will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive, integrated B2B lead generation and promotional campaigns. The ideal candidate brings a data-driven approach, increasing efficiency through optimizations and testing. Applicants must be very methodical and motivated to meet revenue targets. This position will be responsible for managing marketing and lead-nurturing tactics for webinars, ebooks, podcasts, whitepapers, and other types of partner content to maintain a consistent pipeline of high-quality leads and effective audience funnels.
Responsibilities:
Create audience generation and engagement strategies to increase registrations/ leads within key industry categories
Develop and execute integrated and multi-channel marketing plans to send quality traffic and grow leads to webinars, ebooks, podcasts, whitepapers, and partner content
Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional team members to brainstorm, plan and develop new ideas and strategies
Partner with channel managers (paid media, ad ops, email ops, audience dev and event marketers) to launch and optimize campaigns that drive toward lead KPIs
Work with commercial, art, and editorial teams on promotions to increase visibility of traffic/lead-generating assets
Craft marketing collateral by working closely with the art and brand teams on creative vision, strategy, and creation
Own daily campaign monitoring, pacing, optimization, tracking and reporting
Provide lead generation reports to partners on a weekly basis for each campaign
Analyze and interpret data on key metrics and deliver insights to be used for business decisions and future campaign delivery
Skills and Requirements:
1-2 years relevant experience preferred
BS/MS degree in related field
Excellent writing and communication skills
Highly organized with an ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
Able to work in a fast-paced environment while balancing strategic, tactical and analytical responsibilities
Knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets preferred
Experience with Eloqua a plus
Knowledge of HTML a plus
A competitive compensation package
The salary range for this position is $55,000–$65,000. Compensation will be commensurate with experience, skill level, functional and/or industry knowledge, education level, certifications, as well as other qualifications.
