JOB OVERVIEW

Analyze business operations and recommend solutions to business problems from a cross enterprise perspective. Focus on business process to meet the organization vision, standards, and priorities. Utilize business analysis related models and diagrams to aid in proposing new strategies for successful business change.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

  • Create and maintain reports based on KPIs and business objectives.
  • Analyze data and information to identify business opportunities.
  • Work closely with executive management to achieve outcomes based on organizational goals.
  • Recommend and update policies and procedures to improve performance.
  • Enhance workflow and cross-departmental engagements.
  • Collaborate with the cross-functional teams to improve performance of KPIs.
  • Create monthly reports to management on key findings and assessments.
  • Creation of project workplans, stakeholder engagement, status reporting, issue and risk management, cost, and closing. Understands how projects relate to overall organization vision and strategy.
  • Works on complex to highly complex issues where analysis of situation requires good understanding of organizational objectives. Integrates the activities of multiple workgroups and disciplines to obtain results.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, management, or related degree required.
  • 10+ years of professional experience encompassing project management, operation management, product development, customer success, or related fields.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

REQUIRED SOFTWARE EXPERIENCE

  • Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint

Salary Range: $107,337.60 - $134,172.00 USD
