The Opportunity

You’ll also participate in dynamic and digitally enabled training that is designed to grow your technical and professional skills.

As part of the Cybersecurity team you will deliver a consistent user experience to all mobile, MAC, Windows, and VDIs to PwC internal staff. As a Senior Associate, you will analyze complex problems, mentor others, and maintain quality standards while building meaningful client connections. This role offers the chance to enhance your technical skills and grow your personal brand in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

- Deliver a seamless user experience across mobile, MAC, Windows, and VDIs for internal staff

- Resolve escalated support tickets and manage the ServiceNow queue

- Review design team documentation and confirm successful implementation by the Operations team

- Conduct quality assurance on solutions and adhere to change management processes

- Document operational procedures and maintain up-to-date records

- Mentor junior team members and provide guidance on recommended practices

- Analyze and troubleshoot complex technical issues

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance service delivery

What You Must Have

- Bachelor's Degree

- 2 years of experience as a Windows Desktop Engineer

- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology

- ITIL certification

- Knowledge of MDM solutions like Intune and Workspace One

- Skilled in PowerShell and complex script modifications

- Experience in change, incident, and request management

- Managing VIP support effectively

- Utilizing ServiceNow for ticket management

- Maintaining quality assurance on operational changes

- Delivering consistent user experiences across platforms
