Job Description:

Summary:

The Total Rewards Program Manager will lead the development and execution of key compensation programs, ensuring alignment with our business strategy and market competitiveness. In addition, the role will provide operational support to our equity administration and global mobility programs, partnering closely with functional leaders to enhance program delivery and employee experience. This position requires a proactive, analytical, and collaborative leader who can operate effectively in a dynamic environment while building the foundation for future growth and operational excellence across Total Rewards.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage the development and execution of core compensation programs, including annual market benchmarking and global salary structures

  • Maintain and drive enhancements to compensation tools and systems

  • Partner with HR Business Partners and Talent Acquisition to ensure competitive and equitable compensation practices

  • Analyze compensation data and trends to provide insights and recommendations to leadership

  • Support compensation-related compliance and reporting requirements

  • Deliver analytical support of executive compensation programs and contribute to the preparation of board materials

  • Assist with Equity Administration activities and programs, including assistance with equity grant processing, and employee communications

  • Support Global Mobility assignments, relocations, and processes

  • Partner with HRIS, Legal, Finance, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and compliance across programs.

  • Contribute to process improvements and system enhancements

  • Support ad hoc projects and initiatives across Total Rewards and HR Operations.

Job Requirements:

REQUIRED:
  • Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in HR, Business Management, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in Compensation roles with increasing responsibility.
  • Must reside within a commutable distance to Brea, CA. This is not a 'remote' opportunity but "hybrid"

PREFERRED SKILLS:

  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel
  • Experience with Workday is highly preferred
  • Proven, strong collaboration and influencing skills
  • Proficient in MS Office, including Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong, effective communication and project management skills

Travel:
  • Approximately 10% travel, with occasional international travel required.

Target Market Salary Range:

Actual compensation packages take into account a wide range of factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to geographic location; skill sets; relevant education and certifications; depth of experience; performance; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed reasonable estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled.  At Envista, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The total compensation package for this position may also include an annual performance bonus, medical/dental/vision benefits, 401K match, and/or other applicable compensation plans.
