We are seeking an experienced Engineer to fulfill the role of Product Specialist in Dredging Equipment to join our dynamic team. IHC develops and builds the most advanced Dredging vessels and Equipment in the world. As an Engineer / Specialist you have the chance to deliver an important contribution to the Equipment that makes our ships excel all over the world!
As Product specialist you will mainly work with the engineering team on new build projects based in Kinderdijk. Our department engineers custom-built and standard dredging equipment in different product groups. You will be responsible for providing the engineers with the correct information for the projects, monitor their work during the engineering process and check the quality afterwards. You also manage technical information, standardization and classification of the equipment. You use your practical experience to coordinate with the work preparation and production department to further perfect and optimize our designs. For the standardization of the equipment you work closely with the product manager.

Selection process:
After your application, a CV screening will take place first. If your profile aligns sufficiently, a brief telephone intake with the Corporate Recruiter will follow. You will then proceed with a selection process consisting of two interview rounds. After a positive second interview, we will schedule a discussion about the terms of employment. We aim to complete the entire selection process within five weeks.
