Job Description

Job title:
As a Field Service Technicial you support the technical needs of Philips customers, providing maintenance and installation to HealthTech products & services, maximizing customer satisfaction by seeking opportunities to support our customers further and deliver value.

Your role:

Working on customers sites in the french - speaking region of switzerland for installation/assembly of our IGT diagnostic systems, corrective maintenance, and quality checks.
Ensuring the corrective maintenance on our device
Training users on equipment operation and upgrades.
Ensuring the transmission of information related to your interventions.
Collaborating with sales teams to meet customer needs.

You're the right fit if:

Technical or electronic training background (mechanical engineer, electromechanical technician, electrical technician, electronics technician)
In-depth knowledge of computer and digital technology
Strong affinity for the diverse field of medical technology
Excellent French and English language skills

How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
