We are seeking an experienced Marketo Administrator to join our Marketing Applications team. The successful candidate will be responsible for advanced configuration, management, and optimization of our Marketo instance, ensuring seamless execution of backend application support, data management and integrations with other systems.

Please note that this position is offered as a fixed-term contract to provide maternity leave coverage.

Your tasks will include:

Serve as technical administrator for Marketo, including user management, troubleshooting, and system maintenance
Collaborate with marketing, sales, and IT teams to ensure seamless integration between Marketo and CRM (Salesforce or equivalent) and other third-party systems
Provide advanced troubleshooting and problem resolution for Marketo-related issues
Maintain and optimize data hygiene, segmentation, and audience management within Marketo
Monitor system performance and recommend improvements to processes, templates, and automations
Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA, etc.) and best practices in marketing automation
Train and support team members on Marketo best practices as needed

What we expect from you:

4+ years of hands-on experience administering Marketo at an advanced level
Strong understanding of marketing automation best practices and data management
Experience integrating Marketo with Salesforce (or similar CRM) and other MarTech platforms
Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
Familiarity with additional MarTech platforms (eg: GTW, Cvent, etc.)
Experience with additional marketing automation tools, APIs, or scripting
Project management skills and experience working in a global marketing environment
Experience with migrating or standing up a net-new Marketo instance
Marketo Certified Expert (MCE) certification preferred
