Project Role : Technology Consulting Practitioner
Project Role Description : Advises, leads and works on high impact activities within the systems development lifecycle, and provides advisory work for the IT function itself.

Summary: As a Technology Consulting Practitioner, you will engage in high-impact activities throughout the systems development lifecycle. Your typical day will involve advising and leading teams, collaborating with various stakeholders, and providing strategic insights to enhance the IT function. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that projects align with organizational goals and deliver value to clients. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and feedback from stakeholders. - Develop and present comprehensive reports and recommendations to enhance project outcomes. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Change Management. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with project management methodologies. - Strong understanding of stakeholder engagement and communication strategies. - Ability to analyze and assess organizational change impacts. - Experience in developing training materials and conducting training sessions. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Change Management. - This position is based at our Bhubaneswar office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
