Develops new business prospects and growth within Custody service and product offerings. Identify, qualify and acquire new targets for referral and closing. Interacts with existing customers to increase sales, products and services. Manages, develops, and maintains business relationships with existing and potential clients to meet sales objectives. May be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to grow the organization's business; executing contracts; and account and brand forecasting. Promote the UMB and Institutional Custody brand as a world class organization; responsibilities could include public speaking engagements. Enhance cross sell leverage among targeted segments. Other duties as assigned. Bachelors degree or equivalent experience 7 10 years proven sales experience in related field Prospecting, sales & business development Solid sales management skills coaching others to achieve goals Strategic planning, leadership & execution of sales plan Demonstrated ability to network in community, grow new business & develop sales team
Compensation Range:
$91,950.00 - $196,680.00The posted compensation range on this listing represents UMB’s standard for this role, but the actual compensation may vary by geographic location, experience level, and other job-related factors.
