We serve highly regulated industries including pharmaceuticals, life sciences, logistics, biotech, and more. In 2022, we launched our APAC regional hub in Malaysia complete with a logistics center, calibration lab, and technical support unit.

Role Overview

We are seeking a Sales Manager SEA with a hunter mindset and regional exposure to drive Dickson's growth across South East Asia. This individual will promote our Sensor-as-a-Service offerings encompassing hardware, software, installation, calibration, validation, and support services.

Responsibilities

  • Design and execute the SEA sales plan: growth areas, outreach strategy, pipeline development
  • Sell technical solutions involving both hardware & SaaS for regulated environments
  • Conduct product demos to prospects and customers
  • Manage and grow distributor network across SEA
  • Work closely with technical, logistics, marketing, and product teams
  • Represent Dickson at industry events
  • Build strong relationships in the pharma, biotech, and compliance ecosystems

Qualifications & Ideal Profile

  • Bachelor's or Masters in Sales, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
  • 5-10 years experience in B2B sales with regulated industries (pharma, lab, life sciences, etc.)
  • Prior exposure to cold chain, instrumentation, or lab equipment sales
  • Proven success managing SEA markets or regional client portfolios
  • Strong understanding of value selling in a technical environment
  • Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
  • Entrepreneurial, autonomous, and willing to travel ~50% of the time
  • Fluent in English; Bahasa and Mandarin is a strong advantage
  • Malaysian nationality only
