*This is a full time remote role with a rotating weekend schedule.
Week 1:
**Sunday to Wednesday: 8 hours flexitime
Thursday: 4pm - 2am
Week 2:
**Tuesday to Thursday: 8 hours flexitime
Friday & Saturday: 4pm - 2am
Week 3:
**Monday to Friday: 8 hours flexitime
**We work flexitime but most of the media buying team work 9:30am to 6:30pm -sometimes they start or end much later. You will be able to choose when you work on these days, as long as you complete 40 hours per week and are available for meetings with colleagues at mutually agreed times.

Job Description:
We are looking for a smart, curious marketer, with Facebook ads advertising experience, to join our Media buying team. The role will involve setting up and running / monitoring large Meta/Tiktok/Google Ads/Pinterest/Youtube campaigns to sell tickets for arts events worldwide. Additionally, we are looking for someone to help with monitoring our live shows for cancellations/postponements at weekends and notifying our customers if we have last minute cancellations.
To do this job effectively, you should possess great tactical and organisational skills and an experimental mindset.
