Job description

Job Description:

We are looking for a new Resource Manager to join our US team. This position will work remotly from Argentina set in our OffShore structure.
Key Responsibilities:
  • PM/PL/RM Meetings: Partner with Resource Manager, to lead meetings & call attendees in for bi-weekly Group 1 PM/PL/RM meetings. Take note of new projects, timeline changes, etc. during these calls.
  • RM Team Meetings: Actively participate & take notes during weekly RM meetings
  • Updating Tools/Administrative Tasks: Ensure up-to-date and accurate information by Friday each week in allocation tool, org charts, grid, & internal CRER tracker.
  • CRER Submission: submit all permanent employees CRERs for all relevant projects and resources.
  • Career Navigator: proactively engages with resources, gains meaningful understanding of their skills, experience and aspirations, and identifies the right opportunities for them
  • Lead Non Perm Employee Process: Lead non-perm Process from CRER Submission to Offboarding
  • Onboarding & Offboarding: Onboarding and offboarding of all new team members
  • Allocation Tool Review: Review resource capacity/allocations across all clients for Account Management, Earned & Performance Creative
  • Tech Support: Assist team members, as needed, with any tech issues & question regarding our team
  • Pull & Analyze Funding: Pull funding information from the estimator tool for resources/clients as needed, analyze and use internal dashboard for internal use
